Terms
Hiring a rent is conditioned to the following terms:

  • Our apartments are offered for rent by the time you want, from a minimum of 1 night, up to infinity and beyond. Between these limits you can stay a week, ten nights, twenty four days, one month, three months, etc... That is, you can adjust the length to your needs exactly.

  • No matter the day you arrive or the day you leave, a saturday, monday, or thursday. Your tariff will be adjusted to the season in which you stay and length of stay.

  • In principle, the time of entry (check-in) can not be before 16:00 (dominican time) and the departure (check-out) can not be after 12:00 (dominican time). However, there will be some flexibility if the circumstances permit. For example, if your flight goes back home at nightfall and the next tenant arrives after 18:00, no problem if you stay a little later than 12:00. Similarly, if the previous tenant left early or the day before, and we have been able to make the appropriate cleaning, no problem you enter before 16:00.

  • The maximum capacity of every apartment is 5 adults, plus a baby up to 2 years sleeping in a cradle that is available. Not be permitted more people overnight. If you want to invite friends and acquaintances during your stay, they can spend the day in the apartment, swim in the pool and stroll through the residential, but when you are going to sleep if you are more than 5 adults, will have to find alternative accommodation in the area for which exceed that amount. If you invite friends to sleep one or two nights, and do not overcome the maximum capacity, no problem but let us know that you have guests. If you invite them for more time and you are more than 2 people, you may have to pay the fee for additional guests listed in the section of rates.

  • Not be allowed to hire rentings to minors not staying with at least one adult.

  • It's allowed to bring pets, up to maximum of 2, but you must care for not disturb and pick up their trash when doing their "things" in public places. Hosting pets carries an associated cost that you can see in the section of rates.

  • The minimum rental is 1 night. All stays carry a fee for service and cleaning (one time payment per booking), whose amount is indicated in the table of rates.

  • Be paid a security deposit, which will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked, according to terms described in the section of rates.

  • The rates include community charges, water, tv-cable and internet-wifi. If your stay is up to 90 nights, it also includes a daily power consumption up to 10 kWh, and the excess of consumption will be paid by the tenant. If your stay is longer than 90 nights, you will have to pay all electricity consumption. No more costs associated (with exceptions).

  • Check-in and check-out can be done at any time, but if arrival occurs later than 21:00 or departure occurs before 09:00 a fee of 20 USD will be paid.

  • The cancellation within the last 60 days prior to arrival date will be penalized with 50% of the total amount of the stay. In addition, bookings guaranteed with credit card, which are canceled in the last 7 days before arrival, will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the stay.

  • The changes in dates are subject to availability, and if done in the last 60 days prior to arrival, may result in penalties.

  • The apartments are rented in the way of lease or holiday season, so that in no case will provide hotel services such as changes bed linen, daily cleaning, meals, luggage cares, etc., notwithstanding that the tenant can hire their own additional services.

  • The apartments are delivered clean. Cleaning during the stay is the responsibility of the tenants.

  • The apartments must be returned in order, having removed all debris and personal belongings and identifying the sheets and towels that have been used. It also should be removed from the kitchen and the fridge all leftovers. Also must report any damage that has been caused, fortuitous or not, to proceed with the repair and/or replacement. Quiet, that if you broke a glass or a plate without wanting, we will not claim, we only want that the next tenant does not miss anything.

  • The stay in the residential requires the respect for the basic rules of coexistence that dictated by common sense, for the rules of the condominium El Dorado Village and for the other residents.

  • The breach of some of these terms may lead to non-refundment of all or part of the security deposit.
